Well, then, it's offical. How could you possibly object. :)

Dare we ask which diocese?
With the heavy responsibilities of a bishop, others have to be trusted to act in his name. Also, I suspect that a diocesan office might grant a group like Retrouvaille considerable latitude, as it is a liturgy for a special group and not open to the general public.
