Sorry for not Blogging

....It has been a week from hell. Tuesday was fun, the men in formation are a joy to have around. Wednesday was Council meeting, I think I would prefer a sharp poke in the eye, and Thursday I got a day off, but had to spend the day doing Domestic stuff. Meanwhile the mail piles up. Four funerals this week. The new music director who has been here more often in the past two weeks than the previous one had been in the last six months, is an absolute joy to work with.

I leave Sunday morning for two weeks in Indiana and Ohio. It is time for the Chant institute again. Yippeee.

In the meantime: Sick calls.

Glad to hear your new music director is working out well, Father. Sounds much like the relationship between me and my current pastor.

Best of luck.

With all due respect, I think it's time to let go of the criticisms of your former music director. Although I can respect where you are coming from, I have been very uncomfortable with your public complaints about a private matter. It's a tad unprofessional at best, and doesn't seem terribly charitable, especially now that he is no longer in employed in this position. The new director's work can stand of it's own accord and does not need to be constantly compared to the job done by the last person.

Peace,
Dianna

Dante was wrong. The third circle of Hell is one eternal committee meeting.
